Burnout in creators is rarely about work volume. It is about decision volume. The fix is not to film less. It is to decide less.
Step 1: 3 theme buckets, not 30 ideas
Pick three recurring themes. Every video belongs to one. You stop staring at a blank page on Sunday. You start picking from a menu.
Step 2: One batch day, two shoot windows
Pick one day a week to record. Two windows of 90 minutes each, with a break between. Anything more becomes performative and the camera knows.
Step 3: The 80% rule
Ship at 80%. The last 20% costs more time than the first 80% and rarely shows up in the metrics. The video you posted always beats the perfect one you did not.
Consistency is not a personality trait. It is a system that survives bad weeks.
