Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2026

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Your choice applies only to this device and browser.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs and device identifiers. In this policy "cookies" refers to all of these.

2. Who sets them

Influ8 is operated by Sonisi AS, registered in Norway. We set first-party cookies ourselves, and we allow a small number of trusted partners (analytics, payment, infrastructure) to set third-party cookies when their services are loaded. You can reach us at contact@influ8.com.

3. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Always active

Required for the Service to function: keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie choice, security, load balancing, fraud prevention.

Examples
session token, CSRF token, cookie-consent record
Retention
Session up to 12 months

Functional

Remember your preferences (language, theme, layout) and improve usability. The Service still works without these, but parts of the experience reset on every visit.

Examples
theme, language, dismissed banners
Retention
Up to 12 months

Analytics

Help us understand which features are used and where the Service can be improved. Data is aggregated and pseudonymised wherever possible.

Examples
page views, feature usage, anonymised device info
Retention
Up to 14 months

Marketing

Measure the performance of campaigns that bring people to Influ8 and avoid showing the same message twice. We do not sell personal data.

Examples
campaign source, ad attribution
Retention
Up to 13 months

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure Service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and the ePrivacy exemption for strictly necessary storage). All other categories are set only with your prior consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Managing your choices

When you first visit Influ8 you are asked to accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or manage them by category. You can revisit your choices at any time using the button at the top of this page, or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Service may stop working.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, plus additional safeguards where required.

7. Changes

We update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes are surfaced in the consent banner so you can review them.

8. Contact

Questions, concerns or requests about cookies and your data: contact@influ8.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
